What are the dates for the course?
The dates listed above are the most current dates for the courses. Correct course dates are also listed on www.karelo.com. The dates listed here may be different as this website is not updated on a frequent basis. Course dates are subject to change pending facility changes and instructor availability. Please note that course dates will only be changed if absolutely necessary. Course dates and times will be confirmed in a letter sent out to course participants via e-mail two weeks before the start of the course.How do I register for a course?
You may register for a course online at www.karelo.com.Can I pay by cheque for a course or in installments?
You may pay for a course with your credit card online at www.karelo.com. You may not pay in installments. You may only pay by cheque if you do not have a credit card to use. Please contact your PODCR at orthodivcourses@shaw.ca if this is required.What are the start times for the course?
Friday start times will be finalized one month prior to the start of the course. Saturdays and Sundays will run from 8:30-4:30 unless otherwise noted.When is the Level One course?
Level 1 courses will be scheduled as needed. You may download an application to challenge the Level 1 exam. Additional courses in other regions of the province can be scheduled if there are 10 or more people confirmed for a course with a location secured by contacting orthoexams@shaw.ca.Where can I find out about information regarding the other courses and the Intermediate and Advanced Exam?
You can find information regarding the Part A/Part B Certificate or Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy exams at www.orthodiv.orgWhat if I have to miss a weekend of the course?
If you are unable to attend all four weekends of the course it is advised that you wait to register for a course where you can attend all four weekends. In some circumstances an exception can be made and you may make up a weekend on another course and then challenge the course exam through Kaely MacMillan or sit the exam on the last weekend of another course.When do I get the course manual? What should I review?
You will receive a course manual on the first day of the course. Please review the relevant anatomy before the start of the course.How do instructors know I can take the course I am registered for?
Please bring a copy of the course certificates you have received to the first day of the course you are currently taking. For example – if you are registered for Level 2 Lower please bring a copy of your Level one certificate. If you are taking a Level 3 Upper course please bring copies of your Level 2 Upper and Lower certificate to the first day of the Level 3 Upper course.I have lost my certificate, how can I get a new certificate?
If you have misplaced your certificate you may contact Kaely MacMillan at orthoexams@shaw.ca. There will be a $20.00 administration fee replacement certificates.
