Patrick Quimio - Chair
Originally from Manitoba, Patrick completed his B.Kin. at the UofM, moved across the country to complete his M.Sc.PT at UofT, and moved across the country again and now resides and practices out of Treloar Physiotherapy in Vancouver BC. Along with his involvement with the Adjunct Education Committee, he has been a part of local/national committee work with the MB/BC provincial Colleges and Associations, as well as holding position of Chair for the BC Section of NOD.
Aside from clinical work, he enjoys dabbling in clinical education. Having instructed for 5 clinical placements in Winnipeg and 2 clinical in Vancouver, he has a clinical faculty appointment with UBC at the rank of Clinical Instructor as well. Always a busy bee, Patrick enjoys involving himself with the profession in multiple avenues.

Kristie Mueller - Secretary
Kristie is the lead therapist with the National Senior Mens 15’s Rugby team. Originally from Saskatchewan, she moved to BC in 2022 to work with Rugby Canada. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Regina and her Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011. In 2020, she completed the Masters of Rehabilitative Science program from the University of British Columbia. This program gained her the Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapy (FCAMPT) designation.
Over the span of her career, she found a keen interest in sport therapy, receiving her Sport Diploma in May 2019 while working as the senior therapist for the Regina Thunder of the Canadian Junior Football League. While working in clinic, she had found time to help out in numerous sports at various levels from grassroots U18 programs to National teams. But has a soft spot for working with Rugby and Football.
Kristie has always found continuing education and involvement in the profession to be an important aspect of her career. She currently also holds a board position with the Sport Physio Canada National Executive.

Amanda Zacharuk - Communications Coordinator, Social Media lead
Amanda holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University with a focus in Active Health and Rehabilitation. She is currently working in private practice at Trailside Physiotherapy in New Westminster, and in acute care at Burnaby Hospital. Amanda completed Level 1 of the National Orthopaedic Division Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program, and she is presently taking Level 2 Upper Quadrant.
Amanda always led an active lifestyle, participating in numerous sports while growing up and competing at a provincial level. Amanda dedicated many hours to rehabilitation following various sport-related injuries. She has experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, in addition to volunteering as an athletic trainer for local football and lacrosse teams.
Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with family and friends in addition to staying active through various sports, outdoor activities, fitness classes, and yoga.

Evan Thomas - Member at Large, FCAMPT Representative
Evan is a registered physiotherapist, certified bike fitting professional, and co-owner of Dockside Physiotherapy in Victoria. He thoroughly enjoys road cycling, whether it being his daily commute to work, weekend ride, or occasional Gran Fondo, and has recently fallen head over heels (quite literally in some cases!) for gravel riding.
He is dedicated to his patients, his profession, and lifelong learning. Evan obtained his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University in 2012 and became an FCAMPT in 2019 through the Orthopaedic Division of the CPA. He has supervised UBC physiotherapy students and mentored students/new grads from various health professions through the Level Up Initiative. He also holds certifications in concussion management, dry needling, and is currently working on his comp-intro coaching designation through Cycling BC.
Evan is excited to be part of the BC Ortho Div Exec, as well as to support and build the BC Division member community!

Yusuf Mu - Member at Large, General Member Representative
Yusuf is a native of Vancouver who first obtained his Bachelor of Life Science from the University of British Columbia then went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy from University of Toronto. In Toronto, he had a variety of experiences in inpatient and outpatient departments in several major teaching hospitals in Toronto including Toronto Rehabilitation/Toronto General hospital.
After graduating, Yusuf returned home to Vancouver where he has worked in a variety of hospital, long term care and private practice MSK settings. Currently he is working as the clinical director for Mapleleaf Rehab. Yusuf is dedicated to post graduate training and has recently finished Level 3 of the FCAMP courses, vestibular rehabilitation and is certified in dry needling through Acupuncture Canada.
Yusuf in his spare time enjoys basketball, hiking, and spending time with his family.
